The other night when we arrived home from a softball game, I noticed the yard was covered with a swarm of
Dragonflies. I spent about 15 minutes taking pictures and this is one of the best shots. I don't know why they picked our yard but I did notice that no misquotes bit me while I was standing in the swarm taking pictures. The same thing happened the summer before last and maybe last year too, but this year I was luckier with the camera. I haven't really checked to see if they show up every night but I haven't seen them since. I'll keep looking.
