We were walking along the waterfront in portland last night and I was taking some night shots. Just as we got to this pier
one of the ferries was pulling in. I took a 1.6 second exposure that came out kind of grainy, so I cleaned it up in
Neat Image
and fiddled with it some in PSP and this is what came out.
